Printed Paratexts Online

Printed Paratexts Online catalogues information about non-authorial paratexts from the early modern period (1550-1650).

This site is currently under development using Drupal. When completed, PPO will contain over 1,000 records of prefaces and dedications from early printers, booksellers, and stationers, as well as (countless) records for texts with significant tables of contents, errata, and (eventually) advertisements. Printed Paratexts Online will be fully browsable and searchable, allowing users to consult texts by (book trade) author, genre, and paratext types.
